He is a Medicare Provider. He is also a provider for other plans, please call and ask staff or the office manager if you have questions. Dr. Schechter treats patients who are injured at the workplace through worker's compensation insurance. He is also a QME or Qualified Medical Evaluator for illnesses/injuries suffered at Work. Dr. Schechter is not a provider for any HMO plans. He is not accepting Medi-Cal patients. He is NOT a provider for Health Net, PHCS, Beech Street or First Health PPO networks. All of the above are subject to change so please verify when you make your appointment. Note: you can still see him if your coverage is different and often part of your visit is typically covered as an "out of network" provider.
