Why VIP Care?
While every patient in our practice receives excellent medical care, some individuals have more complex health needs, busier schedules, or simply prefer the enhanced service and accessibility they experience in other areas of their life. Our VIP Care Program was designed for you.
By maintaining a deliberately smaller practice, I can provide truly personalized attention to each patient. My staff is trained to be highly responsive and anticipate your needs. While we’re not perfect, we’re committed to excellence in every aspect of your healthcare experience.
Program Details
Investment: $800-$1,000 annually for individuals | $1,200-$1,800 for couples (includes one dependent age 26 or under)
Note: The VIP fee covers enhanced services listed below. Your PPO insurance or self-payment still applies to all standard covered medical services.
What’s Included:
- Priority Scheduling – Same-day or next-office-day appointments when you need to be seen
- Extended Appointment Times – Request extended visit (once a year 15 minutes at no charge, other visits with fees)
- Faster Response Times – Email and phone responses typically a few hours
- Complimentary Administrative Services – Up to 10 pages of form completion annually (valued at $250-$500) and 2 signed letters per year (valued at $100-$200)
- Care Coordination – Assistance navigating specialists, obtaining records, and managing complex care
- Flexible Visit Options – In-person, telemedicine, or brief check-ins as clinically appropriate
How It Works
- 12-month membership beginning any time during the year
- Full annual fee due at enrollment
- Renewal optional each year
- Limited enrollment to maintain service quality

Similar concierge-like programs in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and West Los Angeles typically charge $3,000-$5,000+ annually. Some practices now require $500-$750+ “administrative fees” just to remain as a patient, particularly for Medicare patients.
