Our Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Mind-Body Medicine office is located at 10780 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA 90025, in a four-story office building on Santa Monica Boulevard (south side) with adjacent street parking. We share space with Camden Center. The location is central and easy to reach from much of the Westside, making in-person visits convenient whether you’re coming for a physical, an injury, or chronic pain care.

Our West LA office is convenient to Westwood, Century City, Rancho Park, Bel Air, West Los Angeles, Culver City, Mar Vista, Palms, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, Venice, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and the greater Los Angeles area. Patients travel to us from across the Westside and beyond, and we’re glad to care for people throughout these communities.

Telemedicine and a Tech-Forward Practice

Telemedicine visits are available for patients located in California, which makes it easy to handle many follow-ups, questions, and appropriate consultations without a trip to the office. Technology has always been a useful tool in this practice — our website, secure patient portal, email, and video visits all help us provide prompt, effective, and personal care. When an in-person exam is needed, we’ll have you come in; when it isn’t, a virtual visit can save you time.

Getting Here — Directions

The office sits on Santa Monica Blvd near the Westwood and Century City area, a short distance from the 405 Freeway.

• From the 405 Freeway: Exit at Santa Monica Blvd and head east. The office is a few blocks east, on Santa Monica Blvd.
• From surface streets: Take Overland Ave or Westwood Blvd to Santa Monica Blvd; the building is on Santa Monica Blvd between them. (between Malcolm and Selby to be exact)

If you’re using GPS, simply enter 10780 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025.

Parking

Metered parking is available on the surrounding streets, and there is quite a lot of free parking a few blocks away — just allow a little extra time.

The building also offers valet parking (approximately $12.50 per hour, with a $25.00 daily maximum); please note that we are not able to validate valet parking.

Your Visit

At your appointment, you’ll be seen in a comfortable, private office setting. To make the most of your visit, it helps to bring a list of your current medications, any recent lab work or imaging (or the reports), your insurance information if you’re using it, and a written list of the symptoms and questions you’d like to cover. If you’re a new patient, completing your paperwork ahead of time through the portal will get your visit off to a faster start.  Note that your appointment time is the “show time” when you see the doctor.  Please arrive early as our medical assistant performs a detailed check-in including vital signs and a brief medical history.

Is the office easy to reach by freeway or public transit? Yes. We’re a short distance from the 405 Freeway via the Santa Monica Blvd exit, and Santa Monica Blvd is a major corridor served by public transit, so the office is reachable by car or bus from across the Westside and elsewhere.
